This policy covers this website, run by Naqqat Al-Toseil for Information Technology, Saudi Arabia ("we"). Our apps have their own policies: for the game, see the Hiccup Hop privacy policy.

No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads nothing from other companies. Fonts and images come from our own hosting.

The contact form

When you send us a message, we store your email address, the topic you chose and your message, so that we can answer you. We keep them for up to 12 months, then they are deleted automatically. To limit spam, we also store a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address with the message, and for a few days in our spam counters; we never store the address itself.

Who hosts the website

Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Firestore) hosts the website and stores contact messages for us. Like any web host, it records technical request logs, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use only for security and fixing problems.

• To have a message you sent deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at info@naqqat.com.
